Iain Bennett is a creative and cultural industries consultant with over 30 years’ experience across film, television, theatre and digital content in private, public and university sectors. He was formerly Sector Leader for Digital & Creative Industries at Northwest Regional Development Agency (2006-11), where he wrote the strategy and directed delivery of a programme of specialist skills and business support to underpin the development of MediaCityUK. He is a member of the Arts & Humanities Advisory Group at Royal Holloway, University of London; a member of the Regions & Clusters Working Group of the Creative Industries Council; and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
