Curator and Producer

Francesca Fantoni is a curator and producer whose practice is concerned with ecological and social justice. She develops participatory and community-led projects across public programmes, workshops and collaborative initiatives, often working closely with artists, young people and local communities.

Informed by her research across art and ecology, Francesca is interested in how people and environments are interconnected within wider social systems. Her work explores how arts programming can support non-extractive ways of relating, with a focus on embodied experience and collective exchange through gathering, listening and movement.

Francesca holds an MA in Curating Contemporary Art from the Royal College of Art and a BA in Modern Languages and Cultures from Durham University.
