My dream for culture in Enfield is that it is genuinely accessible to everyone. Culture should be something people see themselves reflected in, feel welcome to participate in, and are able to access regardless of age, background, disability, income or life circumstance. I believe culture is strongest when it is shaped by the people who live here, particularly young people and communities who are often under-represented in decision-making. Through my work in local leadership and community-focused roles, I have seen how equitable access to culture can build confidence, connection and a sense of belonging. My hope is for Enfield to continue developing a cultural offer that is inclusive, collaborative and part of everyday life.
