Cherelle Sappleton (b. 1984, London, UK) is an inter-disciplinary artist based in Ramsgate, UK. She earned a Post Graduate diploma in Fine Art at Byam Shaw (2011) and MA in Fine Art from the Central Saint Martins College of Arts in (2013). Her work has been exhibited both in the UK and internationally, with solo shows at Phoenix Gallery, Exeter and Sutton House, London. Sappleton has been commissioned to create work for a variety of institutions and organizations, including GOSH, National Trust and the National Theatre. Her work was recently featured in Phaidon’s recent publication Vitamin C+: Collage in Contemporary Art (2023).
