Artist and Educator

Becky Warnock is an artist and educator whose work engages with the politics of representation and questions of identity and visual ethics. With an interest in authorship, her practice is rooted in participation and community engagement.

Most recently, her practice has been concerned with the language of mental health and has seen her work coproduce work with community groups in Hounslow and young people living in Tower Hamlets. Currently, she has been developing a new series of work as part of a 3 year research project with social workers and young people affected by sexual exploitation and violence which explores lived experiences of 'resistance'.

Becky is also a lecturer on MA Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at London College of Communication.
