Abi Ola is a London-based multidisciplinary artist whose practice explores themes of identity, community, and material storytelling through painting and textile-based processes. She holds an MFA with Distinction from the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL, and a First-Class BA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Her work has been presented in solo exhibitions including I’ll Be Your Mirror (Kupfer Gallery, London) and Kaleidoscopic Bodies (Frans Kasl Projects, Netherlands), as well as in group exhibitions such as New Contemporaries and the Ferens Open.

Alongside her studio practice, Ola is deeply engaged in community-led work. She has delivered workshops and public programmes across London, collaborating with local participants of all ages to explore textile practices, sustainability, and shared narratives. Her recent commissions and residencies focus on creating accessible, vibrant artworks that foster a sense of belonging and connection within local environments.
