The event expands on the themes of dankEconogy1_ALIENVillage, a multi-strand project taking place as an immersive installation within Eastside Projects’ main gallery in Birmingham and online on both the UP Projects and Eastside Projects’ websites.
The event was hosted by Elisabeth Del Prete, Senior Curator (Learning & Live Research) at UP Projects and delves into the relationships between histories of architecture, ecologies, environmental and social relations in North Indian villages as well as much more. dankEconogy1_ALIENVillage is co-commissioned by Eastside Projects, Kunsthal Gent and UP Projects and supported by Arts Council England and the Henry Moore Foundation.
