Drawing on the model of participatory democracy, which advocates for collective decision making and collaboration, The Hall is Intended to be an accessible space where ideas can be put forward, heard and discussed, empowering users to actively participate through the use of polling, Q&A's, brainstorming tools alongside video conferencing.

The Hall was created in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact public health measures have had on our ability to come together and actively participate in civic life.

The Hall has been created by UP Projects In collaboration with Design Studio HATO.
